She is an amazingly self-taught artist who returned to graphic design after a career in teaching. Jessie Oleson, creator and illustrator of Cuppie, lives in Seattle, Washington where you'll find her seeking sweetness in everyday life. Doug Applegate, the illustrator of our Apple Doodle Ink collection, is a local artist in the Des Moines area. He has painted several amazing murals throughout the town (including two in my own home!) in his signature edgy cartoon style.
Emily Burger, illustrator of the Embracing Grace collection, began illustrating for Taylored Expressions in November 2011. Her first stamp set Love Grows Here has been an amazing success and she continues to amaze us with her cute and simple style. Emily also creates in many other forms like art prints, custom fabric, murals and more!
And last....me! I began illustrating the *te* collection of images in May 2010. I've never considered myself a "pen and paper" artist, but the computer has given me the opportunity to explore the possibilities of graphic design and I've enjoyed every minute of it!
