How do I use my Taylored Dies?
We've created a recipe for you to reference the various "sandwiches" for die-cutting with Taylored Dies using three popular die-cutting machines.
Please note: when using detailed dies on the Cuttlebug or Big Shot, we have found that adding the Metal Adapter Plate to your sandwich provides a crisp, clean cut.

About Taylored Impression Plates
Taylored Impressions are made from American steel, manufactured in the U.S., and they work in nearly every leading die-cutting machine including the Cuttlebug by ProvoCraft and BigShot by Sizzix.
Each of our impression plates features a dual-sided design. The pattern on each side of the plate is raised which will yield an impression (similar to letterpress)
when you send it through your machine. They do not emboss the cardstock with a raised image.
Each plate is generously sized at 4.5" x 5.75" making it the ideal size to cover an entire card front. You'll also want to pick up our Embossing Pad Kit, a set of 2 embossing pads sized for use with our impression plates. Please be aware that because of the dual-design on these impression plates, they can be damaged under too much pressure. Follow the guide below for optimal results.
