The buttercream oval with the main image as well as the blue scallop oval behind it are both up on Taylor's 1/16" foam tape. I also added some Waterfall Stickles to the bubbles.
The Prism paper, Buttercream CS, Whirleybird DP, and ribbon are from the Spa Key Ingredients Kit.
