Class FAQs & Cancellation Policy

Registration:
Q: How do I register more than one person?
A: If you'd like to register yourself and someone else, the Registration Form will allow you to provide information for multiple registrants. To do so, first go through the form and provide the information and selections for yourself and click the "Save Registrant" button. A window will then pop up asking if you'd like to register another person. Click "Add Registrant" and provide the information and selections for the next person. Continue to do this until you have registered everyone, then click "Continue to Billing." You will then be able to see a full list of registrants and make a single payment to check out.

Participation:
Q: Do I need a Facebook account to participate?

A: Because the Online Crafty Classes will be virtually hosted on Facebook Live, you will need a Facebook account if you choose to participate in a live class session. If you prefer not to set up a Facebook account or participate in the live stream, the classes will be recorded and we will email you the link(s).

Q: How do I set up a Facebook account?

A: Visit https://www.facebook.com/r.php for instructions on how to set up a Facebook account.

Q: What type of device will I need to participate? Do I need to download/install any software?
A: You will be able to participate using any device (computer, phone or tablet) on which Facebook can be accessed. You will not need a microphone or a camera, but you will want to ensure you have speakers so you can hear the instruction. There is no special software that you need to download or install in advance.

Event Materials & Shipping:
Q: When will I receive my event materials?

A: We will begin shipping class materials in October to help ensure your package arrives before the first class starts on Nov. 6. All packages will be sent using expedited shipping methods to ensure they arrive ahead of time.

Q: Why is there an extra shipping fee for customers who live outside the U.S.?

A: We want to make our Online Crafty Classes as enjoyable as possible. One of the ways for us to do that is to ensure that participants receive class materials in time to fully participate. We have found that using the lowest cost shipping services runs the risk of international shipments being held for weeks, sometimes months, before they are delivered. We want to avoid this by using reliable shipping services that consistently deliver on time and even guarantee the delivery dates for shipments. Unfortunately, this level of service comes with a cost, a portion of which we regrettably need to pass on to participants. 


Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration for the Online Crafty Classes, you must contact us in order for any applicable refund to be processed.

- Cancellation requests received by Sept. 19, 2021, will be granted a 100% refund in the form of TE Store Credit.
