Stamp Joy 2023 FAQ

Q: What does it cost to register for Stamp Joy?
A: All-Access Teal Packages are $419 with the optional class being an additional $65. Super Stamper Saturday Pass for Stamp Joy are $199. Virtual Class Pass on Saturday, November 11th, is $99 for those in the US and $199 for those outside the US.

 

Q: Can I use Crafty Points to pay for my Stamp Joy registration?
A: Unfortunately Crafty Points cannot be used to pay for registration as our event registration platform is separate from our e-commerce website.

 

Q: Can I pay my registration fee in installments?
A: Yes! Simply select the "Deposit Payment" option on the registration page - you will be charged 50% of your total at checkout and the remaining 50% will be automatically charged to your card on August 19, 2023. Declined charges on the remaining 50% will result in a canceled registration. 

 

Q: How long is Stamp Joy registration open?
A: Registration will be open from 9 a.m (CT) on Thursday, June 22nd, through 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 31st (or until the event is full).

 

Q: What are the different registration options?
A: There will be 5 options on our registration site as follows:

-- All-Access Teal Package plus morning class ($484)
-- All-Access Teal Package plus afternoon class ($484)
-- All-Access Teal Package no class ($419)
-- Super Stamper Saturday Pass ($199)
-- Virtual Class Pass (US - $99) (International - $119)

The three All-Access Teal Package options will get you access to each day of the event. The Super Stamper Saturday pass grants access to the majority of Stamp Joy activities only on Saturday of the in-person event. A Virtual Class Pass option is available for those who wish to take the Stamp Joy Stunning Stencils class virtually at a later date (Saturday, November 11th).

 

Q: How do I register more than one person?
A: If you'd like to register yourself and someone else, the Registration Form will allow you to provide information for multiple registrants. To do so, first go through the form and provide the information and selections for yourself and click the "Save Registrant" button. A window will then pop up asking if you'd like to register another person. Click "Add Registrant" and provide the information and selections for the next person. Continue to do this until you have registered everyone, then click "Continue to Billing." You will then be able to see a full list of registrants and make a single payment to check out.

Q: What will the schedule be like?
A: It's packed full of stamping, shopping, connecting, and craftiness! Check out the schedule posted under What's Included.

 
Q: What do I need to bring with me to Stamp Joy?
A: Class participants will need to bring everything on the class supply list (this will be sent out via email in advance of the event). All supplies for the Make & Takes are provided. For attire, we encourage people to dress comfortably in layers, wear comfy shoes, and bring a water bottle.
 

Q: Will there be a pre-event shopping discount period?
A: Those who register for the All-Access Teal Package will receive an online shopping discount in their goodie bag that can be used on an order following the event. The Saturday-Only  pass does not receive an online shopping discount. Registrants for the Virtual Class Pass will receive a pre-event shopping discount to order crafty supplies that they want to have shipped to them prior to the event. An email will be sent to Virtual Class Pass registrants with additional details.

 

Q: What if I get sick or can't make it at the last minute?
A: We certainly don't want you to come to the event if you're not feeling well. As for life emergencies - well, they happen! If something comes up and you can't make it to Stamp Joy but are past the cancellation window (see below), we will happily send you the materials and instructions for the projects you registered for (as well as your goodie bag!) so you can still enjoy the experience. Simply contact us.

 

Q: Will someone be taking photos at Stamp Joy?
A: Yes, we love to take photos so we can share this experience with others! By registering for the event, you are agreeing to grant TE permission to record pictures of your participation by photograph or video. You further agree that any or all of the material photographed may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications or other materials used to promote Stamp Joy, and that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit or other compensation.

If you need to cancel your registration for Stamp Joy, you must contact us in order for any applicable refund to be processed.

  • Cancellation requests received by August 4, 2023 will be granted a 100% refund in the form of store credit.
  • Cancellation requests received August 5 - August 31st, 2023, will be granted a 50% refund in the form of a store credit.
  • Sorry, no refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received on or after September 1, 2023.
