We created the Crafty Points Loyalty Program to thank our customers for their support. Whether you are new to TE or a long-time fan, we appreciate being a part of your creative journey and we want to help you save money while you do what you love!
Becoming a Crafty Points member is easy. Simply create a TE Account by visiting our Sign-In page and clicking on the "Create an Account" button in the New Customer box (and earn 20 Crafty Points just for signing up)! Then just log in to your TE Account every time you shop to earn Crafty Points on every purchase you make!

Once you create a TE Account and start earning Crafty Points, you'll automatically be assigned to the Member tier of our Crafty Points Loyalty Program and start enjoying benefits. The more you shop with TE, the sooner you'll be promoted to the Insider, Super Fan or Rainbow Royalty tiers, where you'll earn even more rewards and awesome perks!
Your VIP tier is determined by the number of Crafty Points you earn in a calendar year (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31). Once you earn enough Crafty Points to move up to a new tier, you'll be able to enjoy the benefits that come with that tier for the rest of the current calendar year and all of the next one. (For example, if you reach 1,000 Crafty Points on March 3, 2022, you'll qualify to move up to the Insider tier and enjoy Insider benefits for the rest of 2022 and all of 2023!)
Points earned are good for two years before they expire. As points expire, you may be moved down a program tier until you earn enough to move up again.
Program perks:
Birthday Bonus: Everyone with a Crafty Points account is eligible for a birthday reward! To get your points this year, you must enter your date of birth at least 30 days in advance of your birthday; otherwise, points will be rewarded next year on your birthday.
Points for Achieving Next Program Tier: When you earn enough points to move up a program tier, points will automatically be added to your Crafty Points account.
Pick Your Sale Day: When you earn enough points to move up a program tier, a coupon for 10, 15 or 20% off any one purchase will automatically be added to your Crafty Points account. You may apply this coupon on the checkout page to receive your discount.
Exclusive Double Points Events: Depending on your program tier, you may be eligible to earn double points on all purchases made during specific time periods each year. (For example, if you typically earn 2 points per $1, you will earn 4 points per $1.) Notice of these events will be emailed to you 24 hours in advance and again at the start of the Double Points event.
Card Donation Events: Depending on your program tier, you may be eligible to earn a $10 store credit for donating at least 5 handmade cards during specific time periods each year. Notice of these events will be emailed to you 30 days in advance and will include specific instructions about how to design the cards and where to send them. Please note: This perk has been suspended until our selected recipients notify us of a need for more cards.
Early Access to Event Registration: Depending on your program tier, you may receive early access to register for events like Stamp Joy, Online Crafty Classes and more. Notice of early access will be emailed to you at least 2 weeks in advance of when you are able to register.
Exclusive Member Events & Special Offers: Depending on your program tier, you may be invited to participate in exclusive events and be eligible to receive special offers throughout the year. Notice of these events and offers will be emailed to you in advance.
Spend points:
As soon as you earn 20 Crafty Points, you can begin redeeming them for cash vouchers (20 Crafty Points = $1 off your order). To redeem points, click on the Crafty Points icon at the bottom right side of your screen and use the slider to determine how many Crafty Points you want to redeem. You can then choose to save the code or automatically apply it to your order.
Program Rules:
- Customer must have a TE Account and log in to the account while shopping in order to earn Crafty Points.
- Crafty Points are redeemable after 20 points have been earned. Earn points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, not including tax or shipping (some items may be excluded). Crafty Points expire after 2 years.
- Crafty Points may be redeemed for products in the TE online store (some items may be excluded). Crafty Points must be redeemed in 20-point increments.
- Crafty Points are earned when purchasing a TE Gift Card. Points are not issued when a Gift Card is used to make a purchase.
- Crafty Points are automatically rewarded after a purchase is completed. To check your balance, log in to your TE Account.
- Crafty Points are nontransferable and are subject to present and future program rules.
- Crafty Points are not redeemable for cash.
- Taylored Expressions reserves the right to change or discontinue the Crafty Points rewards program at any time.
