FAQs
Q: Does my Combo Club purchase qualify for Gifts with Purchase or Every Order Freebies?
A: No. Combo Club memberships do not apply toward Gift with Purchase promotions or Every Order Freebies. However, any Combo Club Supersize purchases will qualify for active promotions at the time of purchase. All 6-Month Combo Club memberships will qualify for an exclusive gift with purchase to be shipped with their first combo!
Q: Is shipping included?
A: Yes! Shipping for your monthly Combo Club shipments is included in the membership cost. Combo Club Supersize purchases qualify for free U.S. shipping on orders of $75+. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
Q: Can I return or exchange Combo Club products?
A: Returns or exchanges are not offered for Combo Club memberships. If you choose not to keep your products, you may sell them after each 3-month period concludes (July 1 and October 1, 2026) via the Taylored Expressions Buy, Sell & Trade Facebook group.
Q: Can I use Crafty Points or AfterPay?
A: Yes! You may use any available payment option, and Crafty Points are earned on membership purchases.
Q: Are the products all new?
A: Yes. Each monthly Combo Club product is exclusive and never-before-released. Some Supersize products may be added to our catalog at a later date. Cardstock included in the Die & Cardstock combos will not be new, but will be specially curated color collections to aid in your creative journey!
Q: What does “Supersize” mean?
A: As a member, you’ll have the option to purchase coordinating Supersize products that add versatility to your monthly combo. These are only available to active Combo Club members during their membership period. The Supersize products are designed to coordinate with your combo products and are not required to complete projects created with your monthly combos.
Q: I missed registration—can I still join?
A: Enrollment for 6-month and the first 3-month 2026 Combo Club Memberships closing date is to be determined. Re-enrollment for the second 3-month Combo Club Membership period (July, August, September) will occur in May.
Q: Can I cancel once I’ve joined?
A: Combo Club is not a subscription. Once purchased, you are committed to receiving all shipments in your selected membership period.
Q: What if I don’t have Facebook—can I still watch the live sessions?
A: Yes! Live Crafting Sessions are available on YouTube Live, and recordings will be saved on YouTube so you can watch anytime.
Q: How long will Supersize products be available to purchase for Combo Club members exclusively?
A: Supersize products will be available to active Combo Club members until Wednesday, October 7 at 11:59 PM CT. Some Supersize products may be released to our full product catalog at a later date.
