A Better Crafty Rewards Experience Is Coming!

The Crafty Rewards Program is temporarily PAUSED, while we transition to the new platform! Thank you for your patience.

We’re excited to share an update to the Taylored Expressions Crafty Rewards program! We’ve made a few thoughtful improvements to make earning, tracking, and redeeming your Crafty Points easier than ever. These updates are all about creating a smoother, more rewarding experience every time you craft and shop with us.

 

The Most Important Thing to Know

There’s nothing you need to do. Your points and tier status will transfer automatically, and everything you’ve earned is safe and sound.

 

What’s Staying the Same 

- The Crafty Points status you’ve earned with your 2025 points will stay exactly the same
- Your point totals won’t change

- You'll keep earning 1 Crafty Point for every $1 spent
- You’ll continue to enjoy the same great redemption value: 20 points for every $1 off

 

What’s Getting Even Better 

- Redeeming points will be simpler—no more copying and pasting codes
- You’ll be able to redeem points for any amount, not just whole dollars
- Your points and rewards activity will be easier to see and track
- You’ll be able to earn and redeem points online, in the TE Studio, and at Stamp Joy events—all with one account

 

Important Dates to Know

- Thursday, January 1st, 2026: Crafty Points will begin being awarded when your order is processed. Currently points are awarded when orders are shipped.

- Wednesday, January 21st, 2026: Crafty Rewards will be temporarily paused, while the team carefully transfers your Crafty Rewards information. During this time:

--Access to Crafty Rewards information will be temporarily unavailable
--Purchases made during the pause will still earn points
--Points earned during the pause will appear after launch

- Week of January 26th, 2026: Updated Crafty Rewards program will officially launch. You will receive an email when Crafty Rewards officially launches. This page will update, and we'll be sure to keep you in to loop via social media.

When you’re logged in, you’ll be able to:

See Your Points Total

Your points total will be clearly visible on the page and at checkout, making it easy to plan how you’d like to use your rewards.

Clearly Understand Your Tier Benefits

Your current tier and its benefits will be clearly outlined, so you’ll always know what perks come with your status.

Redeem Points with a Slider Bar

At checkout, you’ll be able to use a slider bar to choose exactly how many points you’d like to apply. As you slide, you’ll see the point amount and dollar value update in real time. Just click Apply, and you’ll be set!

Program Rules

  • Crafty Rewards are earned on the order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, coupon codes, store credit, and other excluded items. Excluded items include Taylored Expressions events and classes. Customers must be logged in to a Taylored Expressions account at the time of purchase to earn Crafty Points.
  • Crafty Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per $1 spent on eligible purchases. Points are awarded when the order is processed and expire after 1 year of no purchase or redemption activity in the account.
  • Points may be redeemed in any increment (above 20 points) for eligible product purchases online and are not redeemable for cash. Points are nontransferable and subject to current and future program rules. Crafty Points may be used to redeem coupons in the TE Studio at pre-determined increments. 
  • Crafty Points are earned when purchasing gift certificates but are not earned when gift certificates or store credit are used for payment. Gift certificate purchases are excluded from double-points promotions. Points earned on gift certificates are subject to the same terms of expiration as points earned on product purchases.
  • Points earned on returned or refunded items will be deducted from the customer’s Crafty Points total. Points used on a returned order will be refunded to the customer's Crafty Points total.
  • Taylored Expressions reserves the right to revoke points or terminate accounts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the rewards program.
  • Bonus points, double-points events, and promotional rewards may be subject to additional terms, exclusions, or time limits.
  • Crafty Points have no monetary value and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • While Taylored Expressions is not responsible for system errors, delays, or inaccuracies related to point accrual or redemption, we will make all reasonable efforts to correct errors.
  • Taylored Expressions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Crafty Rewards program at any time. If the program is discontinued or significantly modified, Taylored Expressions will make best efforts to notify all active members via email.
