8.5 x 11 Foil Magic Shim + Foil Transfer Carrier

Say goodbye to uneven foiling! The Foil Magic Shim evenly distributes pressure and evenly conducts heat to provide consistent foil adhesion. Along with the Foil Magic shim, this dynamic duo includes the Foil Transfer Carrier. Compatible with the Heidi Swapp Minc (sold separately) to hold your foiling projects together and evenly distribute heat while moving through the Minc. 

Taylored Expressions’ Foil Magic Shim is the perfect tool to elevate your toner foil crafting. Made of durable epoxy laminate, the shim transfers the heat of your foiling machine directly to your foil and cardstock. In addition to superior heat conduction, the shim will provide added pressure and ensure smooth and consistent foiling results.

Steps for use:

1. Put the shim into your Foil Transfer Carrier and place the toner-printed cardstock on top. 
2. Cover with toner foil – shiny side up! 
3. Close the Foil Transfer Carrier and feed it through your Minc or laminator as normal. 
4. Say hello to a happier foiling experience!

Caution: Shim may be hot after several trips through your machine. We recommend using our Mini Mitts for sensitive fingers!
