I have all the current TE cardstock colors, and what I LOVE about them is their weight. They're not flimsy, and because of this, I feel they cut better in a paper trimmer (no soft or fuzzy edges), and they die cut beautifully. Because they are so nice and thick, they provide dimension to my cards. They ink blend wonderfully well, and they're reasonably priced. All in all, far better than other brands I've tried. Sea Salt pairs well with Sugar Cube to provide a subtle background layer.
When you don't want harsh white but you want a clean look, this is the right color cardstock. Good quality.
